Blocked up

Came across this while reading posts on Twitter, in particular, one by Dominic Wilcox. Overcoming the creative block – pretty much what it says on the tin. A lot of different artists/designers giving their ways to get inspiration when in a rut, with some amusing practices out there! Worth a skim through even if you’re just nosy about other people.

More time please?

Found out today that my interview for the graphic design course at Chelsea is next Wednesday. My tutor also gleefully told us there were 400 applicants for the 40 spaces on the course…The good thing is we will find out whether we have been accepted or not by Friday, allowing me to either a, jump up and down an begin skipping everywhere with joy, or b, breakdown and start begging course leaders to accept me.

One week.

Better get cracking then.

First posted on facebook before I realised I now have a blog for these things. These people clearly have too much time on their hands, but I love it.

The beginning of a new blog, not quite the beginning of the year.

This little space of the internet will be used for my thoughts, ideas, artwork and anything I find that I think should be known about. So, now that I’ve finally created a blog, I need to stop procrastinating and get on with portfolio work. Joy of joys.
